About Me - Your Coach
Hello there! I'm Shayna, NASMCPT, KBL1, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to my online fitness coaching experience. As a dedicated athlete, a mother of four, and a passionate coach, I have embarked on this adventure to empower women like you to achieve the strong, healthy bodies you've always dreamed of.
My fitness journey began long before I became a fitness coach. I had always played sports and did so through college as a multi-sport athlete. I played both soccer and lacrosse and loved working hard towards a shared goal as part of a team. My coaching career, spanning over 25 years, is quite diverse as I’ve coached numerous age groups and sports. A few coaching highlights include coaching women’s lacrosse at the DI level, coaching all the teams my kids played on and coaching adult bootcamps.
I believe that every woman has the potential...
to achieve a strong and healthy body with the right strength training program and nutrition. My own journey towards a strong and healthy body took a turn in 2009. Up until this point, my workouts consisted of long runs and way too much time on the Stairmaster at the gym. In 2009 I was introduced to the incredible benefits of strength training. It was a game-changer that not only transformed my body but also enriched my mind and life in ways I could never have imagined. I also learned how to properly fuel my body with the right combination of protein, carbohydrates, and fats.
Today, at 48 years old, I can confidently say...
that I've never been stronger, leaner, or more fit. Age is just a number, and with a proper strength training program and planned nutrition, we can achieve incredible results at any stage of life.
