Fit For You Policies
Fit For You operates on clear, consistent policies to ensure fairness, structure, and a high-quality experience for all members. These policies apply to all memberships and clients without exception.
By maintaining an active membership or booking classes, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Membership Structure

All auto-billing memberships operate on 4-week billing cycles

Memberships cannot be paused, stopped, restarted, or adjusted based on schedule changes, availability, missed sessions, or personal commitments

Membership access is tied to the billing cycle, not individual class usage

Memberships/class packs and class credits are non-transferable and may not be shared
Membership Pauses
At Fit For You, we understand that life happens. Members may pause their membership once per calendar year for one month due to travel or personal circumstances.
Pause Guidelines

One pause permitted per calendar year

Maximum pause length: 1 month

Pause requests cannot be applied retroactively

Memberships are paused on the requested pause date and automatically resume one month later
Medical, Injury & Surgery Exceptions

In the event of an injury, illness, surgery, or other medical circumstance that prevents participation, Fit For You may approve an extended pause of up to 3 months. Extended medical pauses are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Class Booking & Cancelation Policy

All classes must be booked, changed, or canceled by the client through the Fit For You app or website

Booking changes may be made up to 90 minutes before class start time

Coaches do not manage bookings, changes, or cancelations outside of the 90 minute window
Within 90 Minutes of Class Start Time

Any adds, changes, or cancelations must be communicated directly with the Member Experience Coordinator or the coach teaching that class

Cancelations made within 90 minutes of class will result in a $10 late cancelation fee, and the session is forfeited
-
No-shows will result in a $10 fee, and the session is forfeited

Fees are applied automatically and are non-refundable
Late Arrivals
Members may join class late if needed. It is the member’s responsibility to warm up appropriately and follow coach guidance upon arrival.
Late arrivals may be asked to modify movements or skip certain portions of class for safety and to maintain the flow of the session.
Children at the Gym
Fit For You is an adult training environment. For safety, focus, and respect for all members, children are not permitted on the training floor.
We understand that rare, unavoidable situations may arise, such as snow days or last-minute childcare cancelations. In these limited cases:

Children may sit quietly in the lobby area only

This accommodation is permitted on an occasional, non-routine basis

Children must be well-behaved, seated, and not disruptive

Children may not interact with equipment, coaches, or members
-
Sick children may not be brought into the gym under any circumstances

If a child becomes disruptive, the member may be asked to leave the class
This accommodation is not guaranteed and may be declined based on class size, safety considerations, or staff discretion.
Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

Members are responsible for informing coaches of any injuries, medical conditions, limitations, or changes in health prior to class

Participation is voluntary, and members assume responsibility for choosing appropriate weights, modifications, and intensity

Clearance from a medical professional is recommended when beginning or resuming an exercise program
Photo & Video Use

Fit For You may capture photos or video during classes for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes

If you prefer not to be included, please notify a coach or staff member prior to class
Refund Policy

Membership fees, class packs, drop-ins, late cancelation fees, and no-show fees are non-refundable

Credits or refunds will not be issued for unused sessions, missed classes, or scheduling conflicts
Communication Expectations
Fit For You uses a structured communication system to ensure timely responses and consistent enforcement of policies.

All policies are enforced consistently and exceptions cannot be made outside the guidelines above
Policy Enforcement

Policies are applied uniformly to all members

Lack of awareness or misunderstanding of the policies does not exempt a member from fees or enforcement

Fit For You reserves the right to update policies as needed to support business operations
