Cancellation Policy

Reformer Membership Policy Reformer Pilates memberships are billed automatically every 4 weeks and continue until canceled. Members may book classes through the Fit For You app or website. Class reservations are required, as classes are limited to 10 participants. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the start of class. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $20 late cancel / no-show fee, in accordance with Fit For You booking policies. For memberships that include a set number of classes (4 or 8), unused sessions do not roll over and reset every 4 weeks. Unlimited memberships allow members to attend as many reformer Pilates classes as they wish during their billing period, subject to class availability. Memberships may be canceled at any time.
